Signing for a future purchase agreement
Following confirmation of a legally binding building permit, we will sign a future purchase agreement where you will pay deposit of 15% of the total purchase price lest the purchase deposit.
Signature of the purchase agreement and apartment ownership transfer
Following the commissioning permit of Bila Skala and the purchase price outstanding, we’ll sign a purchase agreement and hand over the property.
